About Lisa

Lisa has been a physiotherapist for over 20 years and is well-known for her special interest in the pelvic floor. As a mother of three children and a qualified personal trainer, she is an advocate for safe return to exercise post-pregnancy. She has written for several parenting publications and appeared on Television multiple times advocating the importance of pelvic floor health.

Lisa holds a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Melbourne Australia (1999), along with certificates in personal training and functional nutrition. She is committed to ongoing education and regularly attends and teaches courses in the fields of pelvic health and fitness.
