The International Pelvic Pain Society has two primary objectives. To bring hope to men and women who suffer from chronic pelvic pain by significantly raising public awareness and impacting individual lives, and to educate health care professionals how to diagnose and manage chronic pelvic pain, thereby changing the lives of patients worldwide.

The Interstitial Cystitis Association
The Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA) advocates for interstitial cystitis (IC) research dedicated to discovery of a cure and better treatments, raises awareness, and serves as a central hub for the healthcare providers, researchers and millions of patients who suffer with constant urinary urgency and frequency and extreme bladder pain called IC. (IC is also referred to as painful bladder syndrome, bladder pain syndrome, and chronic pelvic pain.)

The New Zealand Continence Association (NZCA) was established to provide a service to people with continence problems, caregivers, health professionals and the general public by providing information and education on continence topics.

The Vulval Pain Society (VPS) is a confidential service for women who suffer from vulval pain due to vestibulodynia (previously known as vulval vestibulitis) and vulvodynia. The Society was set up in 1996 by a doctor and a nursing sister.
